Lab grown diamonds are not a new concept. Scientists developed the technology to create diamonds about 60 years ago. These lab-grown diamonds have until recently, not been considered of good enough quality for the jewellery industry. Lab grown diamonds are chemically identical to natural diamonds, much like the way a cultured pearl is like a natural pearl. Lab grown diamonds are different to natural diamonds in that they have been grown in a lab. These diamonds are made in a shorter time and as such, can be offered as a much more competitive price.   1.   WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
Our delivery charges are as follows:
€5 within Ireland and Northern Ireland on orders up to €75
Free within Ireland and Northern Ireland on orders over €75

 

  1.   HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery of goods normally takes between 2-5 working days after an order is placed with us. If for some reason we are unable to process your order within the quoted time period – for example, if an item you have ordered is out of stock, specific ring size is unavailable, or a ring size or product has to be specially ordered in – we will contact you to advise on how long you can expect delivery to take by email to the email provided to us at the time of order.

Returns 

  • These policies cover items bought from our online store and all goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Please note that earrings purchased both online and in-store are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale Items are sold as-is. Returns and exchanges are not available for sale items.

Return an Item by Post

Should you wish to exchange or return an item, please return the item to the address below by signed for courier, e.g. Registered Post. All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items presented in in-store are only eligible for an Exchange - stores cannot process a refund.
